Gisele Bundchen Shows Off Fit Figure in Brown Workout Set

Gisele Bundchen was recently caught on camera in Miami Beach, showcasing her toned physique in a brown workout outfit while filming a commercial.

The model, who is 45, displayed her abs in a sports bra and leggings as she enjoyed the sun on Saturday. She was seen energetically stretching and sprinting for the shoot.

Bundchen is well-known for her commitment to health and wellness, incorporating yoga, jiu-jitsu, and weight training into her routine. In an interview with Women’s Health last September, she revealed that her day begins at 5 a.m. with meditation, followed by jogging and yoga.

“Moving is just part of my everyday life,” she shared.

Reflecting on her past, Bundchen mentioned that she used to indulge in smoking, red wine, and mocha frappuccinos when she was younger. Now, she is more focused on self-care, emphasizing that “our bodies are our temples, our homes, and the places given to us.”

Recently, she shared a video on Instagram illustrating the importance of physical activity and encouraged her followers. “If there’s one thing I would recommend to everyone, it’s to move your body,” she advised. “Movement is medicine: for your heart, your muscles, and just as importantly, your mind and soul.” She believes that exercising can bring clarity and presence to one’s being.

Since welcoming her third child with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquin Valente earlier in February, Bundchen has been quite busy. She also has two other children—son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 13—with ex-husband Tom Brady, who was her partner from 2009 until 2022.

Brady, the NFL star, is also the father of 18-year-old Jack from a previous relationship. Recently, he made headlines for speaking about his new role as CEO on Instagram.
