Gisele Bundchen is still adjusting to her life after her divorce from Tom Brady.
“My life has changed a little bit,” Bundchen told The Wall Street Journal. “Sometimes I have kids and sometimes I don’t. I have different rituals when I’m with kids and when I’m not.”
But the Victoria’s Secret Angel is doing her best to embrace change.
“I think that’s the one constant in our lives,” Bundchen said. “It’s only when you die that something is resolved.”

The supermodel also focuses on positivity and gratitude.
“Living with gratitude is like protecting your life,” she told the outlet. “We can ask ourselves why this is happening to us. We are here to do something for all of us to learn, evolve and grow. I believe it’s because I have it.”
She continued, “Looking back, the biggest, most difficult experiences of my life were all happening to me. Those experiences taught me that I was stronger than I knew.” I did.”
Bündchen and Brady have been married for 13 years and have two children, Vivian and Benjamin. Brady has a son with former actress Bridget Moynahan.

The two announced their divorce in October 2022, but Bündchen is still emotional about it.
In an interview with Robin Roberts on ABC’s “Impact x Nightline,” Roberts asked about Bundchen calling the breakup “the death of a dream” after the divorce was finalized.
After Bündchen began speaking, she turned away from the camera and said through tears, “I’m sorry, everyone. I didn’t know. Can I have a minute?”
After practicing breathing exercises, Bundchen reflected on herself and told Roberts that her divorce was a “transition that had to happen.”

“I don’t think you want that, you know, but I think sometimes things happen in life… I feel very blessed because I don’t have anything in my life that I don’t want. “I have had an incredible experience. I have learned so much.” “I have children. They are the greatest blessing of my life.” she told Roberts. “I get to learn new things…I’m grateful for all of it. I’m grateful for every lesson.”
In addition to continuing to co-parent their children with Brady, Bündchen is also writing her second book, a cookbook.
Her cookbook, titled Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul, was described by the Wall Street Journal as “a cookbook for time-poor people who want to eat healthy.” ing.
“I’m not a chef, and I’m the furthest thing from a chef, but how can I make something that’s easy and nutritious?” the Brazilian-born model explained.

Her recipes focus on healthy, simple foods, and her goal is to treat your body as a temple.
However, there is one food she never allows inside the temple.
“For me, white sugar means poison,” Bundchen said. “There are many other ways to sweeten food: honey, maple syrup, dates.”
