The company has expanded from the current office to 350 Park Avenue to the BXP's 767 Fifth Avenue to 60,000 square feet.
GOLDENTREE founder and management partner Steve Tananbaum said that the GM building would “provide an ideal combination of location, layout, and amenity.”
The GM building has a 35,000 square -foot amenity center on the second floor called Savoy Club, with a state -of -the -art art fitness center and lounge.
BXP, which was previously known as Boston Pretty, purchased a tower in 2008. 2 million square feet is a 99.1 % lease.
The conditions for the Goldentree wreath have not been revealed.
Last year, according to JLL, the tower saw four new leases of over $ 100 per square feet.
