GoFundMe for Jocelyn Nungaray’s Family Surpasses Goal in Hours

The family of Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old Texas girl who was allegedly strangled to death by two Venezuelan migrants and thrown into a creek, exceeded their initial donation goal in just a few hours.
