Nikki Glazer on Monday basked in the glory of hosting the 2025 Golden Globe Awards with Howard Stern and revealed some jokes left on the cutting room floor.
Glazer, 40, told Stern that “every joke was memorized” from his opening monologue, in which he celebrated “Ozempic's biggest night” before riffing on Ben Affleck and Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The comedian, who is known for recently taunting Tom Brady, admitted that he feared some of the content he had written for the awards ceremony would be “canceled” and decided to tell Stern a joke instead.

“I would be remiss if I didn't ask you what jokes you left out in your monologue last night. I'm always curious about that process,” Stern said. “So, you had a joke that you liked, but you just couldn't get it to work or avoided it for some reason. Do you have some examples?”

“Well, there are a lot of examples, but feel free to open up at any time,” Glaser said.
“I've prepared a little mini-setlist for you, because some of it is like being in the writers' room. They get pitched and say, 'You can't say that on TV, you can't say that. I was like, 'No.'” It was to these people's faces. ” So I said, “Move that into a Stern file. Stern can run it.”

“There was another mention of Diddy, which was more effective and led to other jokes. There was only one mention of Diddy,” Glazer said. “You don't want to do that because you're going to be accusing the people in the room of being involved in it, and they might get mad at you for it.”
