Goose found inside OK medical helicopter after crash that killed 3 crew members

A dead goose was found in the flight control system of a medical helicopter that crashed in western Oklahoma last month.

According to a preliminary report from the National Transportation Safety Board, all three passengers and crew were killed in the accident.

The report did not mention a suspected cause of the crash, but said one goose was found in the helicopter’s flight control system and another was found in the debris field.

The helicopter crashed in a meadow near Hydro, about 90 miles west of Oklahoma City, on Jan. 20 while returning to Weatherford after transporting a patient to an Oklahoma City hospital.
