Representative Jamie Ruskin (D-MD) said Wednesday that Republicans are “fighting against the people's government” of MSNBC's “Prime.”
“Republicans are under full-scale attacks on Medicaid. They want to cut $880 billion from the Medicaid program. Elon Musk, of course, said Social Security is a big goal. They plundered the FAA supervision because Elon Musk doesn't like him.
“So people are beginning to realize that the GOP is really at war with the government of the people and they don't like the idea that government is a common tool of good. They want to use it for billionaires. Billionaires are governments representing less than 1% of Americans.
