First on FOX: R-Ariz. Rep. Andy Biggs of the company has written to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) calling for an investigation into ActBlue, the Democratic Party's leading fundraising platform.
“In 2024, President Biden's Treasury Department discovered hundreds of suspicious transactions with ActBlue reported by the bank,” Biggs told FBI director Kash Patel in a letter Thursday.
“The U.S. House Committee on Surveillance and Government Reform are investigating these allegations of fraud. However, previous administrations have stagnated access to necessary documents. This week, Director-General Chairman Kommer and Trustee Styles updated their request with Treasury Secretary Scott Bescent.”

Biggs also noted in his letter that 19 state attorney generals across the country had contacted ActBlue about various allegations, including fraud, money laundering, the use of counterfeit credit and debit cards, and patterns of suspicious contributions.
“If we prove that these allegations are true, we must emphasize that in addition to the sacrifices of American citizens, we also present a serious threat to the integrity of the election,” Biggs wrote in Patel. “The severity of the allegations and their implications call for a thorough and active investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. We strongly urge an investigation into ActBlue.”
Fox News Digital reached out to ActBlue for comment but did not receive a response.
“The allegations against ActBlue are astounding and, if true, threaten the integrity of our Republic,” Biggs told Fox News Digital. “I am grateful to what Work Director Patel is doing to restore the judicial system and look forward to working with him to uncover the truth about Act Blue.”

“Until recently, ActBlue did not implement standard procedures to prevent identity theft and fraud, such as requiring that card validation values (CVVs) be processed online transactions. Organizations are also subject to several state-level investigations resulting from suspected fraudulent contributions made through the platform, via the recognition of reported contributors.

Act Blue also drew the rage of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk in X's Sunday morning post. He denounced the group that ActBlue funded for recent protests at Tesla dealers from activists opposed to work with the Trump administration.
“The investigation has discovered five ActBlue-funded groups that are responsible for Tesla's 'protests.' Troublemakers, Confusion Projects, Rise & Resid, Indivisible Projects, and American democratic socialists,” Musk wrote.
Musk then appointed five ActBlue funders whom he thought were responsible for funding the protests, including liberal mega-donor George Soros.
