GOP Trying to Control ‘Recreational Sex’ They Want Patriarchal Theocracy

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) said Friday on MSNBC’s “Alex Wagner Tonight” that Republicans want to regulate recreational sex and create a “patriarchal theocracy.” He said that

She further added, “And beyond that, they also want to regulate so-called recreational sex. It’s politics. And as women and as non-binary and queer people in this country, they must lose. There should never be room for this kind of power control over other people’s bodies in this country. No. They can undo it all they want. They did this. Who put those judges there? Not Democrats, not independents. Republicans put those judges there. They put it there. Republicans are taking women’s bodies by force, and we can’t forgive them. It has to end.”
