North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum said he believes President Donald Trump has the ability to lead the country.

Burgum, RN.D., said in an interview Sunday that the United States faces “chaos” under the Biden administration.
The North Dakota governor said he supports President Trump because he believes the front-runner is “getting right on the economy, on energy policy and on national security.”
Burgum praised Trump's work ethic during the campaign.
“After spending time with the president last week in Iowa and New Hampshire and watching him work 20 hours a day, I knew he had the strength and experience to lead,” Burgum said. he said.
Burgum was the first to drop out of the 2024 primary to support President Trump. He has since been joined by people who dropped out of the race, including businessman Vivek Ramaswami, Sen. Tim Scott (R-Fla.), and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.).
