Democratic New York Gov. Kathy Hochul abruptly left a vigil for slain NYPD hero Officer Jonathan Diller on Friday, a law enforcement source told the New York Post.
Hochul appeared at Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island, where the funeral was being held, around 1:45 p.m. on the second day. according to In the post.

The paper said one of the men in a black suit seemed to yell at the governor, speaking animatedly and making bold gestures as he got into his car to leave.
Sources told the Post that several officers were seen praising the man after he confronted her.
Before the service, Vincent J. Vallelong, president of the Sergeant’s Benevolent Association, warned city politicians not to attend the service.

“Their presence is more than just a distraction. According to the paper, this leaves a stain on the legacy of a true hero who made the ultimate sacrifice,” Vallelong wrote in the letter. He also said city leaders should feel “morally responsible” for the officer’s killing, the newspaper reported.
Career criminal Guy Rivera Paid The murder is believed to have occurred on Thursday. shooting Diller was arrested Tuesday when officers attempted to confront him for illegally parking. Rivera has been arrested 21 times, mostly on firearms and assault charges, the newspaper reported.
Diller is survived by his wife and young son.
