Gracie Hunt Supports Turning Point USA’s Halftime Show Initiative

Gracie Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, has expressed her admiration for Erica Kirk and Turning Point USA for their efforts to create an alternative halftime show to compete with Bad Bunny.

Bad Bunny, the Grammy-winning artist, was recently confirmed as a performer for the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, which stirred some controversy due to his criticisms of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

During her appearance on FOX News Channel’s “Will Kane Show,” Hunt noted that Kirk is effectively guiding young women in America and is “definitely” eager to see Turning Point USA’s alternative halftime presentation.

“I genuinely admire Erica for her initiatives, especially in crafting a halftime show aimed at America. Kids are impressionable, you know? Everyone, both young men and women, needs role models,” Hunt stated.

“Even though I don’t have kids myself, I can only imagine how tough it must be. But, honestly, I think she’s leading Turning Point admirably, paving the way for alternative choices for our youth. Football is transitioning to a global stage, yet at its core, it’s an American sport meant for families.”

“When my grandfather named the Super Bowl, it was meant to be a gathering for families of all ages. He firmly believed that the game should be prioritized, that the focus should be on football itself, rather than relying on flashy attractions that might alienate parts of our audience.”

“The NFL honors women, our military, and our communities. I believe that moving forward, our selection for the halftime show needs to better embody those values. So I really have respect for Erica,” she added.

Looking to the future, Hunt shared her hopes to see artists like Jason Aldean or Taylor Swift perform during halftime.

“Honestly, I think our generation often gets misjudged. But I’m thrilled about the positive changes I’m seeing in the younger crowd. They’re seeking a meaningful purpose. There seems to be this growing hunger for faith, especially this month, which is World Bible Month and traditionally boosts Bible sales.”

“I’ve noticed a significant revival among young people on college campuses wanting to be baptized, share their beliefs, and contribute positively to the world.”
