Graham ‘Nazi Tattoo’ Platner claims Planned Parenthood tested him for STDs

Graham Platner: 'Benjamin Netanyahu Is an Escaped Criminal'

Pandering by Graham Platner at Planned Parenthood Event

A prominent Maine Democratic candidate, Graham Platner, made headlines on Monday, emphasizing his personal connection to Planned Parenthood and abortion services.

“I actually used their services when I was younger,” he shared, reflecting on his experience. “I went to get an STD test at the Portland Planned Parenthood. And honestly, there’s no shame in that. It’s just a smart choice, particularly for young people.”

But, one has to wonder about the sincerity of his claims.

There’s talk about sex workers being concerned about STDs, but really—did Platner actually visit Planned Parenthood? It sounds dubious.

Furthermore, he claims to know many “friends” who utilize Planned Parenthood for their primary healthcare. Seriously?

He continued, saying, “Many of my female friends and their spouses have benefited from what Planned Parenthood offers over the years.” He even added, “Some of these friends still rely on Planned Parenthood for their primary care.”

Should we take him at his word about having a “female friend” that uses their services?

If such friends do exist, maybe they’re from the Kik app or somewhere equally questionable.

In terms of public opinion, recent polls show Platner with a slight lead over Republican incumbent Sen. Susan Collins, averaging a 4.5-point advantage. Yet, as allegations against him emerge, the race is heating up.

Looking back at 2020, Collins faced her own challenges, trailing in all available polls leading up to Election Day but ultimately winning by nine points. This time around, she might be working from a tougher position, needing to rally support from the very start.

Republicans are not going easy on Platner. While some damaging information has surfaced, mainstream media seem to be downplaying the impact, perhaps to shield him until the elections.

It will be interesting to watch how this unfolds. Collins may appear friendly and approachable, but don’t let that fool you—she has a reputation for being strategic and resilient. July 13 marks the real beginning of the race, as after that date, efforts to challenge Platner’s candidacy will be set in stone.
