Officers found out that the missing 82-year-old Washington grandmother was wrapped in concrete and buried under a shed in Washington state.

Zizz, 47, has not been charged, but is a leading figure interested in Norman’s death, and police are running search warrants and seizing a pickup truck, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office said.
He is not released on bail at Thurston County Jail for violation of a child abuse sentence as officers are investigating Marcia Norman’s death, the release said.
