Shortly after disappearing while in a garden near her Indonesian home, her young grandmother was found swallowed into the mouth of a 23-foot python.
Reports say Wa Siti, her 55-year-old grandmother, mysteriously disappeared while she was gardening. One of her sons, Saimin, calls out to the family to help find her when she realizes she has left the basket abandoned in the garden.
“I was always worried that she was working on a farm. I’ve seen a big snake before. She had worked on a farm since she was a young man, so she wasn’t afraid. She always had a basket with her so she knew something was wrong.” According to the sun.
One of her other sons, La Fal, stumbled upon a 23-foot python, whose mother’s upper body was caught between her esophagus, the outlet reported.
Wa Siti’s head was swallowed by the snake’s mouth, and her face was coated with thick slime as the rescuer finally kicked her out of the grip. By that point, she was already dead, an Indonesian police inspector said Hardy.
In October 2022, another grandmother met the same fate as Oshichi in a creepy and similar way.
Yahara, 54, failed to return home from working at a plantation. The next day, her husband learns that a 22-foot python had swallowed her whole.
Giant reptiles like Pythons are common in Southeast Asia, but most modern infrastructures keep them away from densely packed areas. In Indonesia, they can mostly roam the villages unobstructed, creating more openings for attacks on humans.
