Grandpa cuffed in road-rage killing on Long Island Expressway: cops

Authorities say Road Rage’s grandpa killed a motorcyclist on the Long Island Highway by pinning it to a guardrail with a murder truck.

Police say Brian Noll, 64, of Scio, Scio, of Scio, SCIO, in western New York, has been caught up in a conflict with a 29-year-old man.

Noll then intentionally took the 2022 truck to a motorcycle, and declared that he had died there, officers said, asserted that he had been deliberately crushed an unidentified victim.

Nol, who had not injured a 66-year-old woman in the passenger seat at the time, pleaded not guilty to two-degree murder over the weekend. According to News12.

In a statement to the outlet, his lawyer accused the motorcyclist of driving “in the most reckless way” and “evaluating the exceptions my client had done with his truck.

“He placed the vehicle, his motorcycle, along with the truck, then he let his hands off the throttle of the motorcycle and tried to break the mirror of the truck in anger,” the unknown lawyer said.

“It caused the truck to lose control while he lost control of the motorcycle as he raised his hand. [off] It was a horrifying accident that caused a throttle and a collision.

“My client is a 64-year-old grandfather who has worked and lived for life, is now retired from going to church on Long Island. He has returned to see his family because he recently moved up when this motorcyclist wreaked havoc on the road and caused this accident,” the lawyer said.
