Pro-Trump Groups Boosting Momentum for Ciattarelli in New Jersey

Pro-Trump organizations in New Jersey are picking up on potential late momentum that might benefit Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli in the upcoming election.

According to insights from door-to-door canvassing, feedback from voters, and the state’s registration data, America First Works and Citizens United, collaborating on their ground campaign, anticipate a competitive race as they approach Election Day, representatives informed.

“We’ve definitely noticed a shift in momentum here in New Jersey, which is reflected in the interactions we’re having and the data from our operations,” stated AFW Executive Director John Rogers. “There’s a growing wave of America First supporters who are looking for relief from high taxes and policies perceived as pro-crime.”

America First Works plans to canvass 200,000 homes before the polls close and send out 8 million text messages to likely voters throughout New Jersey.

Republican enthusiasm is notably stronger than it was in 2021, a year when Ciattarelli surprised many by running a much closer race than anticipated.

“Through absentee and early voting, we’ve found that 5.3% more voters favor President Trump and his policies compared to the same period in 2021,” Rogers noted. “This is encouraging, hinting that New Jersey residents might finally see some relief from unsatisfactory policies.”

Meanwhile, an initiative called New Jersey Chase, part of the Citizens Alliance, has been conducting its own extensive door-knocking effort, reaching a target of 500,000 doors since August as they aim to turn the state red.

“The New Jersey Chase program was designed to replicate the successful strategy we used in Pennsylvania to flip New Jersey,” said Cliff Maloney, CEO of Citizens Alliance. “We’re proud to partner with America First Works, and we’ll be knocking on that 500,000th door to win.”

The Trump movement is exerting significant effort to maximize voter turnout in New Jersey as they approach Election Day. Alongside the affiliated America First groups, organizations like Scott Pressler’s Early Vote Action and Turning Point Action are also mobilizing to encourage voters and secure their ballots.
