“My day started out with something very interesting,” he wrote before explaining that he slept late at night nude.
The next morning, when the alarm began to sound, he began to “swatt” on his phone, still naked and “sleeping”, then pressed the button to shut off.
However, in his sleepy state, he accidentally pressed the power button five times to activate the “emergency SOS” feature.
The “Calm Resonance” escalated to a “risky siren sound” that surprised the sleep.
“Getting the phone and looking at the screen (still half asleep),” he said.
“If you call 911, you will receive notifications about what to send to your location or other emergency contact. I think emergency services will come. My friend is scared, and lies here naked in bed!”
He eventually canceled the 911 call and thought everything was resolved until he received calls and texts from friends and family.
“My friend is worried…but it's not about my safety, it's about my pixels sending me all the photos/videos of my naked body,” he said.
Android users had set up photos that would automatically snap photos and send them to emergency contacts. However, the man was holding a cell phone naked in the bed, so the shots taken revealed not only his location but much.
“Yes, pixel's SOS feature is a great way to send D-K photos to people, people,” he joked.
He allowed this feature to allow users to touch and hold the red circle for three seconds before starting the emergency protocol.
“I hope this gave everyone a lot of laughs,” he wrote, adding:
