Group of migrants busted for looting Tennessee homes devastated by hurricane: Sheriff

Authorities in Tennessee recently arrested eight immigrant workers suspected of looting homes in Washington County, which was devastated by Hurricane Helen.

According to Washington County Sheriff's Officefive of the men—Alvin Nafun Vega Rapallo, 24; David Byron Rapallo-Raparo, 37 years old. Kevin Noe Martinez Lopez, 25 years old.
