A recent episode of FOX News’ “Hannity” took an unexpected turn as members of the Guardian Angels vigilante group arrested a suspected “shoplifter” and a man who claimed to be an illegal immigrant from Venezuela during a live broadcast. It has expanded.
On Tuesday night, Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa, who unsuccessfully ran for New York City as the 2021 Republican candidate for mayor against Eric Adams, announced that under Adams’ watch, he and his namesake host Sean Hannity and illegal immigrants. were chatting about the problems they were causing in New York City.

Sliwa also told Hannity that the shoplifting suspect will be sent to prison, but will soon be released onto the streets. This likely refers to the reluctance of New York City judges to assess cash bail.
Police eventually became involved in the incident, which was caught on camera, but a statement from the NYPD tells a much different version of events than the one shared by Sliwa.
