Los Angeles:
On Friday, two women were injured at a private university campus near Los Angeles, as reported by local authorities.
Inglewood Mayor James Butts remarked to the press, “I’m in a dangerous state and I’m in a stable state right now.”
This incident occurred during filming in the afternoon at Spartan College, where the mayor teaches aviation.
It appears the suspect may be a former employee of the university, according to the mayor’s comments.
Local station KTLA indicated that the alleged assailant was dressed in a uniform akin to that of a security guard and has since been apprehended by police.
The police have secured the campus, and the mayor confirmed that there are no additional victims.
