Gwyneth Paltrow feels ‘incredible sadness’ about becoming an empty nester as youngest child heads to college

Gwyneth Paltrow is preparing to become an empty nester.

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, the actress talked about how she’s preparing to say goodbye to her son Moses and her husband Brad Falchuk’s son Brody when he moves away for university in the fall. She’s interested in “how your morning routine changes when you don’t have kids in the house,” she explained.

Paltrow said that for many years, she “doesn’t even know how to express” how she feels because “being a mother has given me so much definition and fulfillment.” He explained.
