Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) responded to pregnancy rumors by saying, “I'm not pregnant,” and “I just ate a lot of food at Thanksgiving.”
“Everyone keeps asking me if I'm pregnant” Ocasio-Cortez said She answered a question on her Instagram Story asking if she was pregnant. “In fact, this week one Republican came to the floor and asked me if I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant, I ate a lot of food at Thanksgiving. Got it? It happens.”
Ocasio-Cortez's reaction comes as people like conservative activist Laura Loomer react to photos and videos of Ocasio-Cortez apparently “glowing” suggesting that Ocasio-Cortez may be pregnant. This is in response to what was previously suggested.
“Hey @AOC,” Loomer wrote. post In X after the presidential election. “The election is over. You can come out and finally admit that you're pregnant. Or do you want to wait until the 9th month to have an abortion? The election is over, Cupcake.”

As Breitbart News' Christina Wong previously reported, in 2023 Ocasio-Cortez named Roberts in a “2023 filing with the House Ethics Committee” despite not being married to Roberts. He listed himself as his “spouse” and faced intense scrutiny.
Ocasio-Cortez previously criticized the Supreme Court for overturning the decision. Roe vs. Wadesaid that “much” of the “forced birth movement” is not about saving lives, but about “intimidation, power and control”.
