Hailee Steinfeld is clearly going with the flow when it comes to her budding romance with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who was named on the cover of Madden 24, which was announced Wednesday.
The “Hawkeye” actress, 26, said Allen, 27, had just gotten out of an eight-year relationship with ex-girlfriend Brittany Williams, “so I’m not putting pressure or unrealistic expectations on things.” According to Us Weekly.
“Hailey and Josh have been dating for about a month and things are going really well,” a source told the magazine, adding that the two are compatible.
Steinfeld and Allen ‘laugh a lot when they’re together’ [and] Always smiling,” said the source.
The new couple is in the early stages of their relationship, but Steinfeld is reportedly “thrilled” about the possibilities for the future.
“Josh is the first guy in a long time that she’s really interested in,” a source told the magazine.
Steinfeld and Allen first sparked their romance when they were photographed exiting a black SUV in New York City in May.
A few days later, the pair were spotted in the Big Apple on another occasion.
They continued their tour of Manhattan over Memorial Day weekend with a date night at Sushi by Bow in the Chelsea area.
The couple, pictured with two friends and restaurant founder Michael Sinenski, looked cozy.
Allen was photographed holding the singer’s arm and smiling.

“They were definitely having an affair…it wasn’t platonic,” the source said.
“After a few cocktails and sake, they started flirting at the sushi bar. They seemed very happy together.”
Allen and Steinfeld have never publicly confirmed their relationship.
Furthermore, it is unclear exactly when Allen and Williams announced they were quitting.
Breakup rumors swirled in April, with Williams unfollowing Allen on Instagram and any trace of the relationship gone.
She also apparently celebrated her birthday without him.
It was just after they went on vacation together in March.
Allen and Williams have yet to publicly address their breakup directly.
The two, who were family friends growing up in Fresno, California, met at a pool party when they were eight years old.
Steinfeld dated former One Direction singer Niall Horan in 2018, but they split in December of the same year.
