Haley Cabinder Steps into the WAG Life
Haley Cabinder is fully embracing her new role as a WAG following her retirement from college basketball.
The former Miami Hurricanes guard recently made a trip to Oxnard, California, to cheer on her fiancé, Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson, during his training camp. A video she posted on TikTok, alongside her twin sister Hannah, gives a glimpse into their day as he prepares for his third NFL season.
“Retired college athletes mean full WAG this season,” the 24-year-old captioned the clip.
The couple, who got engaged in April, were seen posing together while Hannah, also 24, snapped a picture nearby.
In another TikTok from training camp, Haley and Hannah reflected on their experiences, asking, “Have you ever been away from something?”
Haley and Ferguson, aged 26, reportedly started dating in September 2023, following some playful exchanges among fans on social media wearing Cowboys gear, including jerseys with the number 87.
In a previous Q&A, Haley—who gained popularity on TikTok during the pandemic with her sister—shared that she first connected with Ferguson through social media in June and they became a couple by October.
“He DM’d me,” Haley recalled about Ferguson, a former Wisconsin star and a fourth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. “He likes to say I DM’d him first, but that’s not true.”
Ferguson recently signed a four-year, $52 million contract extension with the Cowboys just as training camps kicked off.
Meanwhile, Hannah, who played her final season with Haley in 2024, often jokes about being the third wheel in their relationship.
In a personal update, Hannah, who has also been in the spotlight, underwent breast implant surgery last month and documented her recovery journey on social media.
Previously, she dated Hurricane quarterback Carson Beck, who transferred to Miami from Georgia in January. Their breakup rumors began circulating in March when she seemed to remove any mention of him from her Instagram.
