Republican presidential primary candidate Nikki Haley claimed Friday that Democrats are on track to make retiring President Biden their reelection candidate.
“I’ve been saying for a long time that the party that first retires an 80-year-old candidate will win the White House. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report released Thursday concluded that the president should not be charged, but noted that Biden has problems with memory and recall.
