Hamas’ sexual violence against Israeli women is revealed in new documentary, ‘Screams Before Silence’

Almost seven months after Hamas massacred 1,200 Israelis on October 7, a new documentary is set to be released that reveals the horrific atrocities and sexual assaults that took place that day.

fox news digital report A documentary about former Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, “a cry before silence” contains first-hand accounts of the horrific events that took place on October 7, when more than 1,000 Israelis were killed and another 240 were taken back to Gaza as hostages.

“If you listen to this mess for about 20 or 15 minutes, you realize there’s something much worse going on.” [is] what’s happening right there. It doesn’t stop. That’s when I started to fear that I was going to be raped,” one woman recalled of the Nova Music Festival attack.

Sandberg said she decided to take on the project because “the world needs to see and recognize what happened.”

“After October 7, reports came out about not just mass murders, but mass sexual violence. And normal people who should have spoken out either ignored it or denied it. And it was… It’s not okay,” she continued.

The documentary takes viewers back to October 7th and hear from first responders and survivors who were on the scene.

Sandberg said the documentary will prove to viewers that Hamas members intentionally sought to commit sexual violence against Israeli women.

In late 2023, Israeli actress Gal Gadot posted on Instagram to share her thoughts on the issue, stating, “We say we are against rape and violence against women. We will not tolerate victimization and then silence. We say we believe women.” Let’s stand with women and speak up for them. ”

“On October 7th, the world witnessed in real time Hamas carry out its violent plans. Within hours of the October 7th attack, Shani Luuk was paraded naked and carried away by the proud attackers. The first blood-curdling video of the defacement has been released,” Gadot wrote on the social media platform, referring to German-Israeli tattoo artist Shani Luke. He was abducted by Hamas.

Gadot continued: “Two months later, women are still hostages to their rapists, and the world has failed to call this an emergency that requires a decisive response.”

“Now is the time for us, as women and allies of women, to take action. From the United Nations to the human rights community, all those who have contributed so much to women’s rights around the world: We ask you to join us in demanding that all information be made public.” These women will not survive this moment of horror, not even after the next round of international mediation, or even the next day. ”

The documentary, in tandem with a thorough investigation conducted by the New York Times, appears to suggest that Hamas carried out a number of sexual assaults on October 7th. However, some pro-Palestinian activists, many of whom live in the United States, deny it. That these sexual assaults actually took place.
