PHOENIX, Ariz. — Jacob Chansley, also known as J6's “Sherman,” told Breitbart News that Vice President Kamala Harris needs to certify the January 6, 2025 election results because “God It shows he has a sense of humour,” he said, adding: “God loves poetic justice.”
Asked how poetic it was that Harris, as vice president, would have to “certify the election results on January 6, 2025,” Chansley said, “God has a sense of humor. This is proof that there is.”
“It's like Joe Scarborough has been talking bad about Donald Trump for years and now he has to kiss the ring at Mar-a-Lago. God does poetic justice. I love you,'' Chansley told Breitbart News at Turning Point USA's annual America Fest conference in Phoenix, Arizona, last week.
Reacting to the news that President-elect Donald Trump is likely to pardon J6 prisoners immediately after taking the oath of office on January 20, the Sherman said, “I hope to God some people get out of prison.'' “I'm doing it,” he said.
“I'm still on probation, so technically I'm still in prison, so if he decides to give me a full pardon, that would be great. I want to keep my record clean. But there are still people suffering in prison, and I want to see them released.”
Asked about President Joe Biden considering preemptive pardons for Trump's political opponents and whether that would make them appear guilty, Chansley said, “Yes.”
“But here's the problem,” Chansley continued. “The Department of Justice has admitted Hunter Biden's laptop into evidence in federal court. This means Hunter Biden's laptop is real — even if it's fake and is linked to conspiracy theories and Russia. Even if they say it's false information, it's real.”
“That means the 400-plus felonies on there are real. That means the influence peddling, bribery and basically treason on that laptop is real, too,” Chansley added.
Sherman continued, “What we're dealing with here is a very large system, and we're witnessing its collapse in very real time. They are trying to cover up all the laws they have broken.”
“But you can't just have a treasonable president pardon everyone for committing treason and expect it to go away. At least I don't think so.” “People must bear strict legal responsibility for what they have done.”
