The former president has a 0.6 percentage point lead over Harris, 48.4% to 47.8%, according to a poll compiled by The Hill/Decision Desk.
The CNN poll was conducted September 20-25 among 931 voters in North Carolina. The margin of error was 3.9 percentage points.
