This week was tax season in America. The rest of the world is glad you paid your taxes. So is our weaponized deep state.
So far, your tax dollars have funded the arrest of President Trump’s lawyers, advisors, allies, chief of staff, White House National Commerce Council director, chief strategist, and national security adviser Michael Flynn. Ta.
All of the men had no criminal record and apparently decided to turn to a life of crime at the age of 70. And none of the alleged “crimes” had any serious victims.
At Rasmussen poll Among Republicans:
80% say the FBI is politically weaponized.
79% say the Justice Department selectively prosecutes political opponents;
91% say President Trump’s indictment is a banana republic-style use of the law as a weapon.
Trump is not on trial here. Our government’s legal system is like that.
Many Democrats were so discouraged that they rushed to court, and the only case that managed to reach trial before the election was the New York City Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) case. It stems from the 2006 Stag Charity Golf Tournament held in Lake Tahoe, where pornographic “actresses” served as “hostesses.” Stormy Daniels says she met Trump there. Eight years later, when he ran for president, she allegedly dumped him by demanding $130,000 to keep him quiet. If you’ve seen any of her short films, you’ll know that it’s no small feat.
If the case fails, the New York district attorney will have a new legal theory to sue Trump. Alvin Bragg should consider a “restriction of trade” lawsuit after President Trump allegedly silenced Stormy. And because it originally happened on federal land in Lake Tahoe, the EPA is considering charging Trump with drilling without a permit.
Alvin Bragg and other prosecutors ran for office to “get Trump.” Therefore, these new charges stem from old charges that the FEC and the federal government (its jurisdiction) investigated but did not pursue. If convicted, Trump could have to serve four years in the White House.
The only way for Trump and other Republicans to escape prosecution in New York City is to assault or rob someone while claiming to be a Democrat.
The prosecution’s star witnesses are unlocked attorney Michael Cohen and the aforementioned porn star Daniels. One is a slimy industry guy who tries to degrade himself for money. Another one is Stormy Daniels.
Some may say, “Isn’t asking for $130,000 blackmail?” Yes, it is. But creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti did it, and because he’s a lawyer, it’s called “The Deal.”
Avenatti is currently in prison on charges of extortion and theft from customers. You’ll remember that he was once the toast of the left. He did opposition research for Rahm Emanuel. He was on CNN more than Wolf Blitzer. That’s life: one day you’ll be on the cover. time, And spend the next year spending time.
As this case progresses, I’m worried that Stormy will remember things that happened in 2007. Her head hit the headboard so many times that the NFL’s concussion protocol was activated.
If this case went to the Supreme Court and I was Stormy, I would represent myself. She became very good at working around old men in robes.
So far, most jurors selected in New York get their news from the New York Times. The New York City jury is so toxic that President Putin is considering putting it in syringes to use against future political opponents.
The judge had Michael Cohen and Stormy appear on TV to criticize Trump, but imposed a gag order on Trump himself. Stormy has been given a gag order in the past, but it was by the director.
Alvin Bragg, who is prosecuting Trump, said he wants Trump to be fined $3,000 for each violation of the gag order. Just remember five years ago, before inflation, when speech was free?
