A sign posted on the gate of Harvard Yard on Sunday said the area was off-limits to anyone other than Harvard University ID holders and that “structures, including tents and tables,” were prohibited without prior permission. It was dark. harvard crimson First reported.

Anti-Israel demonstrators also continue to set up tented encampments on the campuses of Yale and Columbia universities.
On Monday morning, police arrested 47 protesters at Yale University in Connecticut and charged them with trespassing after a week of campus protests.

A tented camp was seen set up outside New York University (NYU) on Monday morning.
A New York University spokesperson told Fox News in a statement that about 50 protesters began demonstrating in the plaza in front of the university’s business school without notifying the university. Picketers also gathered on the sidewalk in front of the square.
