Harvey Weinstein pleads with judge to move up trial date because he ‘can’t hold on anymore’ at ‘hellhole’ Rikers

Hollywood producer Harvey Wine Stein appealed to a judge in Manhattan on Wednesday in the morning of his new sexual assault trial on Lys Island.

“I want to be justice for myself, so I hold it, and I want to finish this,” he said to Judge Curtis Faber, the Supreme Court of Manhattan. Added a winestein speaking from the wheelchair behind the table.

Wine Stein spoke for about 5 minutes and explained in detail about the diagnosis of cancer and chronic health struggles, including diabetes.

The judge has set a new trial date for Winestein on April 15.

Wine Stein urged the judge to delay another trial so that he could get out of the “hell of hell”, “hell as soon as possible.”

“I am not there in April,” he warned ominous.

“I'm a serious emergency. I'm pleading to the court to move your date,” said Winestein.

He has been hospitalized several times in recent months following a number of serious illnesses, such as emergency heart surgery, diabetes, spine stenosis, and recent cancer diagnosis.

Wine Stein was sentenced to a 23 -year sentence in New York in 2020 and was convicted of the first criminal act and a third -degree rape, but his convicted decision was appealed last April. It was overturned.

Winestein remains behind the bar for a 2022 Los Angeles conviction of another rape. He is acquitted for all accusations.
