The much-anticipated release of Disney's new “Snow White” remake turns out to be a massive disappointment as it scored the worst Rotten Tomatoes score in a Disney live-action remake ahead of the box office opening.
Before its official release, critics scored 46%.
One of the top critics, Otis Henderson said, “I was hoping that 'Snow White' would make me happy. Instead, this dopey remake made me sleepy and gross. ”
Professional film critics were not satisfied, but there were no audiences either.

“Wow Disney, you're really incredible. You spent $209 million to enjoy three years, multiple rewrites, unnecessary CGI, and the comment section of a film I'd never watch.
The film stars Rachel Zegler as Snow White and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen.
“Look, I love Gal Gadot. I don't think she's the biggest actress,” Matthew Marsden told Sarah Gonzalez and Jaco Buiens that “Sarah Gonzalez hasn't filtered it.” “But why do you choose someone who is clearly more beautiful than Snow White to play the Queen?”
However, casting isn't the only thing that panels consider to be flops.
“They've dried up with creativity,” says Buyens.
“That's true,” adds Gonzalez.
