Haley Hasselhoff shared a heartbreaking tribute to her late mother, Pamela Bach, a week after her tragic suicide death.
“Mom, last night was one of the hardest things,” the 32-year-old, whom Bach shared with her ex-husband David Hasselhoff, wrote in her Instagram story on Thursday.
“I don't know if it's a week since you passed away or because it's been a week since the rain started syncing like tonight,” Haley continued, referring to the night she found her mother's body. “I pray that one day I will find comfort in the sound of the rain, because it symbolizes your spirit going to heaven, but for now, what I am hearing is that my heart hurts for you.”
She said, “My heart is shattered, but somehow I feel the whole thing.” [her] Best friend, [her] Heart and [her] The whole world. ”
Haley looked back on her strong bond with the Baywatch actress.
“The mornings are the most difficult because I run to my phone and dial you and I wake up no matter what time of the world, you've been there all the time,” she wrote.
“This longing is different from what I know before, but you need to know that he loves you in all ways. I choose to be strong enough to make you proud.”
Haley vowed that she and her older sister, Taylor Hasselhof Fiore, will continue to have the “pride” that her mother had “infiltrated” from a young age.
She also promised that she and Taylor would “stay strong” and “protect each other,” and always led them, knowing that she had taught her “bonds” to “check.”
“This unbreakable bond will stay with us forever. We are proud of you, I promise,” she continued.
“My heart belongs to you and it always happens, so 'I love you' is not enough. I love my beautiful, beautiful mom until the end of time,” she concluded the statement.
The upload came hours after Taylor, 34, shared her own statement about an unthinkable tragedy.
“I'll do anything in the world to hold you again, my eternal angel,” Taylor wrote on her Instagram story Wednesday night.
“You are my best friend, my heart, my everything,” she continued. “I promise to celebrate you with great pride and honour every day.”
Like Haley, Taylor also handed over her mother's inheritance and promised to stay close to her sister.
“Mom I love you so much, the pain cannot bear it, but I will be strong for you and will hold your memory until we meet again,” she concluded.
It was revealed that Bach died at his Los Angeles home on March 5th. She died of a gunshot wound that injured her head.
Later, one of Bach's neighbors I told the Daily Mail That Haley was the one who found her body.
“She was hysterical, screaming, screaming, crying, crying on the street,” recalls Hiromi Osiekki, noting that Haley was coming and going from the house with her first responder.
“A little later she came out with the police. I heard her cry and someone was trying to comfort her,” Oshiekki continued.
Osiecki said she recognized Haley because she lived with her mother.
Bach left suicide notes and had no intention at the time of her death. She was 62 years old.
