Joe Casper, chief of staff for Pentagon Secretary Pete Hegses, reportedly left the agency suddenly on Friday.

Officials told the news outlet: “Joe Casper will continue to serve President Trump as a handling of special government officials (SGE) projects at the Department of Defense. Secretary Hegses is grateful for his continued leadership and for his work moving forward with the First American Agenda,” he said.
Kasper is the fifth official to leave the agency last week amid the Pentagon reforms as a result of an internal leak investigation.
Former Senior Advisor Dan Kardwell, former deputy chief of staff Darrin Selnick and former deputy chief of staff Colin Carroll were previously taken away and escorted from the Pentagon.
The three issued a joint statement after the deletion.
