Hero World Challenge: Round 1 Tee Times, Odds, How to Watch, More

Tiger Woods is returning to the Bahamas for the Hero World Challenge, but the 15-time major champion has no plans to tee it up.

Instead, he will tour the facility as tournament host, where 20 of the world's top players will compete for $1 million, which goes to the winner.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler will return as the defending champion, but No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 Xander Schauffele, Rory McIlroy and Collin Morikawa will be absent from this week's competition. Scheffler is the only other top-10 player in the Bahamas this week: Ludwig Oberg and Windham Clark.

Other notable players include 2024 Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley, who secured a point for the Americans at the Presidents Cup in September, two-time major champion Justin Thomas, who recently became a father; That includes Patrick Cantlay, ranked 11th in the world.
