President Donald Trump shared his thoughts on pop star Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce after they announced their engagement, referring to them as “awesome people.”
During a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, Trump responded to reporters who asked about what they deemed “the biggest pop culture news of the year” regarding Kelce and Swift.
“Well, I wish them lots of luck. I think he’s a fantastic player and a great guy. And she’s… well, she’s a great person,” he said.
