Kristina Hall's estranged husband, Josh Hall, is taking his grievances to court and trying to prevent his estranged wife from selling their Tennessee home.
Josh filed a motion with the court on Oct. 9 asking the court to “prevent or delay the sale of the property,” according to court documents obtained by People. On October 4, Christina put the house on the market for $4.5 million. Josh has lived in the house since the couple separated in July.
Before listing the home, Christina entered into a temporary legal agreement with Josh allowing him to continue living there, People reported. According to the contract, Kristina gave Josh access to the house as long as it was not rented.

The house was used as a backdrop for the HGTV show “Christina in the Country.” According to People, Christina is the sole owner of the home and bought it before she met her estranged husband.

In court papers she filed in July, the “Flip or Flop” alum said the home, along with other assets including her home in Newport Beach, Calif., and another property in Tennessee, is a “separate property.” “Property Rights.”
Although Kristina is the sole owner of the home, Josh claimed in a filing on Oct. 9 that he has “appreciation rights” to the property because he paid the mortgage during their marriage.

According to the newspaper, Christina agreed to sign a contract with Josh before selling the house, but Josh refused. Then she started putting the house up for sale.
Citing the legal agreement that allowed him to live in his home, Josh argued that his “cost of living would definitely increase” if the house was sold.
According to People, Christina filed her complaint on October 10, claiming she gave Josh “adequate and timely notice.” Christina also said Josh lives full-time with his mother and only uses their Tennessee home as a “vacation home.”
On October 4th, Christina shared on her Instagram Story that she was selling her farmhouse in Leiper's Fork.
“My home in Tennessee is officially on the market,” the TV personality wrote on an image of the home. “Excited about my new venture in business and real estate!”

In a follow-up post to her Instagram Story, Christina wrote, “I think I'm going to have to remove 'Leper's Folk' from my bio soon.”

The comment appears to be a reference to Josh's Instagram profile, where he lists “Leiper's Fork” as his current location. In August, sources confirmed to Fox News Digital that Josh had moved out of the Orange County, Calif., home they previously shared.
“It's time to get back to reality…Remember when you said you'd never steal from me or my kids and that you'd be happy in the van with the dog? I guess your plans have changed.” added Christina with a thoughtful look on her face. Emoji.

“Trying to get everything I can… your mind is on my money, my money on your mind…” she wrote, adding a money bag emoji.
The theft charge appears to refer to Christina. blame one's estranged husband According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, he transferred $35,000 of her money to his personal bank account on July 8 after they filed for divorce.
“I would not have asked him to send me money the day after I told him I was getting a divorce,” Christina said in the filing.

In another post shared to her Instagram Story at the time, Christina wrote, “And yes, this is stealing from me and my family. Giving me an exorbitant amount of $$ for a short term marriage.” “It's true that they demand it. They steal rental items.” It's true that I own two properties and have income from a separate house (just because I book a cleaner doesn't make me a property manager). Some people receive % for their actual work as property managers.

“Also, your 'reps' are literally always wrong about what they say. “Josh has repeatedly stated that he wants to handle his divorce like an adult, in court and not on social media or in the tabloids,” Josh's rep told People magazine.
“Time and time again, Christina has claimed otherwise and made a fuss, but Josh has remained silent. But now Christina is slandering Christina. These are false and defamatory statements. Josh hasn't stolen a penny from his family. This is a line that shouldn't be crossed, and Christina has crossed it. Rather than repeating Christina's false statements, the media should ask why she continues to insist on addressing this issue in public rather than in law. ”

Christina and Josh secretly married in 2021 and later held a formal ceremony in Hawaii. The couple was scheduled to co-star in Christina's upcoming show, The Flip Off. Ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rey El Moussa.

Before marrying Josh in 2021, Christina finalized her divorce from her second husband, Ant Anstead. Christina and Anstead married in 2018 and have a son together.
