Holly Madison talks about her OnlyFans experience on new true crime series Lethal Blondeshe serves as executive producer of Investigation Discovery.
“I had an OnlyFans page for a few years,” the former Playmate says in the first episode of the series. “I think one of the appeals of OnlyFans is that you’re doing it independently. You can do it your way.”
Madison launched an OnlyFans page in 2020, but it has since been deleted.
At the time, OnlyFans tweeted, “Introducing the beautiful @hollymadison. She’s here just for her fans, telling her own story and giving you the chance to connect with her. ”
Madison said in the docuseries that she has never posed nude on OnlyFans, but has posed for photos in bikinis and lingerie. However, Madison faced demands for more explicit content.
“In interactions and DMs, I always have regular fans who start saying, ‘Why don’t you take a picture of this?’ Or, ‘Why don’t you do that?’ I had no intention of going there, but I need the money. If you feel that way, you can imagine how there’s pressure to push those boundaries,” Madison says.
in 2022 interview Madison, who co-stars with actor Christy Carlson Romano, said she “loves” OnlyFans, but wasn’t “so passionate about it” as she was focused on her podcast and other work. Madison said he felt empowered by this platform. He said, “I feel like it’s really helped my confidence. I have a lot of photos that I love.”
As for the profits, Madison said it was a “good side hustle,” but she felt she could make more money posing nude.
Madison touched on the topic again. Lethal Blonde“I could make more money if I made full adult videos,” he said.
The first episode, “Too Fast to Furious,” follows the case of OnlyFans performer Courtney Creney, who was arrested for the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Christine Obumuseli.
“They hung out with other creators,” Madison said of Crenny and Obumuseli. “There was pressure to keep up because I wanted to maintain a lifestyle. I can imagine that pressure and wanting to keep making that money would motivate me to create more explicit content on OnlyFans.” ”
