I’ve been an actor and director in Hollywood for almost my entire life. It’s a fantasy world, not just on screen, but off it too. Nothing makes executives more nervous than a new director with no experience, or someone with no directing experience overseeing an entire production. But Hollywood has solved that problem many times by surrounding the new director with all the right people, from cinematographers to production designers to screenwriters.
We all know Hollywood is into the left, we all understand what they’re up to, so how do they handle the equivalent of a political neophyte with no management experience, a penchant for hate that’s insatiable, an inability to improvise or go off script, and a laughter that sounds like fingernails on a chalkboard when he falls asleep?
It’s simple. It’s a rebranding. Cockle is just one word. joyYou’re starting to hear it already, and you’re going to continue to hear it through November. Ignore her policies. Ignore her record. Ignore everything about her. Kamala Harris is joy.
