Dolly Parton Announces Reservations for New Nashville Hotel

Dolly Parton has opened reservations for her much-anticipated Songteller Hotel in downtown Nashville, despite the fact that it won’t officially open its doors until summer 2026.

Shannon Foster, the general manager of the hotel, mentioned that this step is significant for the project. She explained that by allowing reservations early on, they can build relationships with potential guests, understand demand better, and prepare for operations more effectively to meet expectations.

Located close to Broadway, the hotel will be ideal for those wanting to explore the city’s vibrant music scene and attractions. Parton expressed her excitement about contributing to Nashville’s lively atmosphere, stating that now seems like the right moment for something special.

“I have always dreamed of creating something here in Music City, and I believe we have found the perfect addition to the city I call home,” she said.

The design of the hotel aims to create a music-centered gathering space for fans and guests alike. Foster called it a celebration of music, creativity, and Southern hospitality—something that aligns with Parton’s vision.

Guests can expect a range of rooms and suites, including some inspired by Parton’s songwriting journey. The hotel will also feature various entertainment and dining spaces, designed to host live performances and events. One venue, Parton’s Live, will offer songwriter rounds and live shows, while another, named Jolene’s after her famous song, will combine entertainment with food and drinks.

“Both venues will require tickets, so that guests can enjoy performances without the crowds,” Foster noted.

Additionally, a dedicated area focusing on Parton’s life and career, titled Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum, will be located on the hotel’s third floor. Parton hopes this museum will allow visitors to view the world through her perspective—sharing the stories, colors, and dreams that have shaped her journey.

There are even plans for a boutique selling merchandise inspired by Parton, which will include clothing, accessories, and various souvenirs.
