Documents Released in Epstein Investigation
Democrats in the House have unveiled additional documents concerning Jeffrey Epstein, highlighting names like Elon Musk, political strategist Steve Bannon, and tech entrepreneur Peter Thiel.
On Friday afternoon, they shared six heavily redacted pages from a total of 8,544 documents received. Notably, Musk appears in Epstein’s schedule regarding a potential visit to Epstein’s private island in the Virgin Islands.

At the time, Epstein owned that island. A House Democrat, Patel, has suggested that there may be a cover-up involving Spurs, calling such claims “decisively false.” The documents outline a reminder in Epstein’s schedule about Musk’s potential trip, indicating December 6, 2024, as the date. It’s worth noting, though, if that was a firm plan or just tentative.
Furthermore, in November 2017, Epstein was set to have lunch with Thiel, while another meeting was scheduled with Bannon for February 2019. In response, a Republican spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee criticized the selective release of documents by Democrats.
The spokesperson remarked, “It’s unfortunate that Democrats continue to cherry-pick the investigation. They deliberately withhold documents naming Democratic officials, and what they’ve released is just outdated.” They emphasized the need for transparency and holding parties accountable.
Fox News Digital reached out to Musk, Thiel, Bannon, and House Supervisor Democrats for their reactions to the documents released.
