House Republicans plan to pursue charges against Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify before lawmakers about his business dealings.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said in a joint statement, “Hunter Biden has already been charged with two valid and legal charges. They are ignoring subpoenas.” “For now, the House intends to proceed with the contempt of Congress hold until it confirms a date for Hunter Biden to appear for a personal deposition in accordance with his legal obligations.”
