It seems as if every day people on the far left in politics, the media, academia, and entertainment are promoting the work of “activists” or declaring themselves “activists.”

As far as I could tell, this “activist” job could be quite lucrative.

When the latest director for the now-disastrous Star Wars series was announced, I was reminded of the growing legion of liberal “activists.” Kathleen Kennedy's Lucasfilm, which millions of Star Wars fans blame for the series' demise, has named Pakistani-born Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy to direct the next Star Wars movie. .

With this announcement, Obaid-Chinoy will become the first woman and first person of color to direct a Star Wars feature film.

Mark Hamill retires from Star Wars: 'They don't need Luke'

That's totally fine. In fact, this makes a lot of sense. As someone whose last novel, The Dawn of the Nazi Moon, featured highly intelligent and capable women, including a “woman of color” president of the United States who rose through the ranks by merit, I , says that the era when women played an active role is over. A person of color directs a Star Wars movie.

it doesn't matter. The problem is that this particular woman of color is leading the way in “activism” and awakening. The same goes for Marvel's director Nia DaCosta. The film, starring progressive “activist” Brie Larson, was the biggest flop in MCU history. The film prompted the far-left Washington Post to speculate: “Despite its progressive bona fides, 'Marvels', like just about everything else in her MCU these days, is very much fueled by fan service and formula, and has a tendency to downplay such things. The basics of understanding the story. ”

But as long as the director and lead actors are “progressive activists” who care about making a profit, as long as they're investors, shareholders, or…fans. Wake's instructions take precedence over fundamental business and entertainment models.

And now, a new “activist” will rise up in the next “Star Wars” movie. Don't just take my word for it. Every time someone in the liberal media introduces a new director, they seem to preface it with the words, “Filmmaker and activist…”

On April 3, 1978, on this historic day, Star Wars lost the Best Picture Oscar to Annie Hall.

But millions of Star Wars fans don't want another activist to ruin the series they grew up loving. They know the characters well, understand the intentions of Star Wars creator George Lucas, are sure to regret selling the franchise to far-left Disney, and are proud of the series' early successes. We're looking for someone who respects the fans who have supported their success.

Since it was announced that the self-proclaimed “activist” would be taking over the directorship, dozens of YouTube stars including The Critical Drinker, Nerdrotic, and RK Outpost have racked up millions of views and tens of thousands of comments speaking out against the woke baton. created. It has been handed over to the next group of “activists” who want to replace the genius and message of the original film with identity politics, and sow even more seeds of discord across the country.

In just a few days, these sites generated over 10 million views, and that number continues to grow. A commenter begged Lucasfilm not to allow another far-left “activist” to “destroy” the “Star Wars” franchise.

Because as I studied the world of these liberal “activists,” I realized that the heads of far-left film companies like Disney's Bob Iger and Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy were actually afraid of them. Because I also discovered it. Nowhere is the “tyranny of the minority'' greater and more destructive than within the walls of “progressive'' corporations, where it has been neglected for years.

No one understands that reality better than these self-proclaimed far-left “activists.” They know that liberal movie directors, CEOs, university presidents, and Democratic politicians are deeply afraid of them. For years, they have carried that fear over the heads of their liberal “leaders” like the Sword of Damocles.

money. Power. fear. A person is given a position or title for a job for which he or she may be least qualified. Being an avowed far-left “activist” seems like a career path that should be at the top of every struggling American's wish list.

Knowing this, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Leonardo DiCaprio, Bob Iger Did you get Kathleen Kennedy to recommend you? Or is it best to become president of an Ivy League university, get fired for being so incompetent, and then have liberal intellectuals declare you an “activist” as a way to stick with conservatives?

In any case, I'm going to crack the code on this liberal “activist” chasm. wonderful.
