How the 2025 Fifa Club World Cup bracket is shaping up as the group stage continues

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is moving on to its knockout rounds after the group stages, which include two rounds of play.

This stage involves 32 teams from across the globe, organized into eight groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout bracket, based on their standing—either first or second.

When teams are tied in the group stage, the tiebreaker rules start with points gained in head-to-head matches, followed by goal differences and total goals scored in those matches. If there’s still a tie, it looks at total goal differences across the stage, followed by total scoring in group play, and, if necessary, actions taken in those matches. The last resort is drawing lots.
