How to find AirTags and other items with Find My iPhone

Share AirTags and other items with Find My iPhone
If you want to share a paired item, Air Tag When you share your item (or any third-party item that connects to Find My) with Find My, the borrower can find it on a map. Find My can play a sound when it’s nearby, Supported iPhonesyou can find its exact location. The people with whom you share the item do not receive tracking notifications when the item moves with you.
Can be shared Air Tag Or you can use any other item with up to five borrowers in addition to yourself (for a total of six users per item) as long as you meet the requirements below.
- Two-factor authentication It must be turned on with your Apple ID.
- Who to share with Sign in to your Apple ID and iCloud You can share with your Apple ID. You can’t share with a child’s account.
- Owners and renters iCloud Keychain on.
Share your Air Tag
- open Find an app On iPhone
- Then tap item
- Tap AirTag name or item Want to share
- Then tap Add a person Share this AirTag below (or share this item)
- Enter Apple ID People you want to add Circled Plus Sign
- Tap Person’s name Who do you want to share with?
- Next, tap Apple ID
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each user you want to add.
- When you’re done adding borrowers, tap share It’s in the top right corner. A list of everyone you’ve invited will appear on the item’s main screen, along with the status of their invitations.
If the recipient accepts the invitation, the corresponding AirTag will appear under Items in the Find My app and they’ll receive a notification that the item has been shared with them. Conversely, if they decline the invitation, the recipient’s name will be removed from the list and the item will no longer be visible.
