2025 NBA All-Star Game Format:
This year, the NBA All-Star Game will utilize a mini tournament format with four teams and three games. Two teams play in Game 1, while the other two play in Game 2. The winners of each game meet at the championship. Each game continues until one team reaches or exceeds 40 points.

Charles Berkley, Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith and Candice Smith will serve as honorary GMS for each of the four eight-player teams. The All-Star Game has a $1.8 million prize pool. Each player on the championship-winning team receives $125,000, each player on the second-placed team receives $50,000, and each player on the third and fourth-placed team receives $25,000.
