Hulk Hogan’s stepdaughter paid tribute to the wrestling icon on Thursday, following his unexpected passing at 71.
Tana Lee took to Instagram to remember her famous stepfather, sharing a photo from her wedding in January featuring Hogan alongside the newlyweds.
In one of the snaps, Hogan is seen smiling, and in another, he’s pumping his fist with enthusiasm during the celebration.
Tana also remembered Hogan on Nick’s Father’s Day post. Nick had written, “We had a great Father’s Day with the goat! Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads!” back on June 15.
Since then, supporters have been leaving messages on Nick’s posts, showing their respect and remembering Hogan.
“Sorry to hear that Dad passed away. He was a legend of many childhoods and he’s been a huge overlooked,” one fan commented.
Another added, “My poor dol companion! You had one wonderful father.”
WWE confirmed Hogan’s death, stating he suffered a “cardiac arrest” at his residence in Clearwater.
“WWE is saddened to learn that Hulk Hogan, a WWE Hall of Fame member, has passed away,” the organization expressed in a statement. They highlighted Hogan’s impact on the wrestling world, noting his role in helping WWE gain global fame in the 1980s, and offered condolences to his family, friends, and fans.
The WWE Hall of Fame member is survived by his son, Nick, and daughter, Brooke, whom he shares with ex-wife Linda Hogan. The couple tied the knot in 1983 but divorced in 2007.
Hogan remarried Jennifer McDaniel in 2010, but they separated in February 2022. Just a year later, he married Skye, a yoga instructor, and the couple was baptized together 18 months before his passing.
