Controversy Surrounding Hulk Hogan’s Widow and Stepson

Sky Daily, the widow of the wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, along with her son, is reportedly facing legal challenges after a minor claims she was sexually assaulted at a party where alcohol was allegedly provided by Daily.

The incident occurred when Daily was attending a Real American wrestling event on March 28, and her stepson, Hayden Hitt, is said to have hosted a party during her absence. It’s reported that Daily bought the alcohol despite knowing that minors would be present, according to TMZ.

The lawsuit states that a minor girl, referred to as Jane B. Doe, was raped by another minor, John B. Doe, after she took a sip of a Four Loko and subsequently lost consciousness.

Furthermore, Hitt is alleged to have described Jane B. Doe inappropriately and even held an “auction” for sexual encounters, according to the lawsuit. The documents claim that Jane B. Doe endured sexual assault for “several hours” and took back a used condom while asserting that Daily disposed of two others along with bloodstained sheets. She has reportedly suffered significant physical trauma as a result.

Jane B. Doe’s allegations include suing Daily and Hitt for negligence and John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In a separate but related case, another Jane Doe alleges that Hitt was abusive during their time together while she lived with Hitt and Daily. Reportedly, she communicated with Daily about incidents, including one where Hitt allegedly shoved her across the room.

Daily reportedly responded to those claims with a note of caution, suggesting that the timing wasn’t right for discussions — a reaction that may seem belittling in context. The following day, it is alleged that Hitt reached out to check if Jane Doe was planning to press charges, though he later rescinded the message. She is pursuing legal action against the pair for emotional distress, Hitt for battery, and Daily on civil grounds relating to criminal behavior.

As of now, a spokesperson for Daily has not issued any comments regarding these serious allegations.

Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, passed away in July 2025 at the age of 71.
