Sky Daily and Stepson Named in Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault
Sky Daily, the widow of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, along with her son, has been named in a lawsuit stemming from a party where a minor is reported to have been sexually assaulted after consuming alcohol that Daily allegedly provided.
According to reports, the party was hosted by Hogan’s stepson, Hayden Hitt, while Daily was attending a Real American wrestling event on March 28. Allegedly, Daily purchased alcohol, fully aware that underage individuals would be present.
The lawsuit, which cites a minor identified as Jane B. Doe, claims she was raped by another minor, John B. Doe, after taking a sip of a Four Loko drink and subsequently losing consciousness.
In a rather disturbing account, Hitt is said to have referred to Jane B. Doe in derogatory terms and even organized an “auction” where she was offered up for sexual acts. The suit alleges that John B. Doe assaulted her for several hours. After the incident, she claims to have retrieved a used condom, but asserts Daily disposed of another two along with blood-stained bedding. Jane B. Doe reports experiencing significant physical trauma as a result of the assault.
Jane B. Doe’s lawsuit holds Daily and Hitt responsible for negligence, while seeking accountability from John B. Doe for sexual assault, battery, and infliction of emotional distress.
In a separate lawsuit, another individual using the name Jane Doe has accused Hitt of repeated violence during her stay with him and Daily. She reportedly sent messages to Daily detailing an incident where Hitt allegedly shoved her across a room. Daily is said to have responded by suggesting it wasn’t the right time for discussions. The following day, Hitt reportedly messaged Jane Doe about potential charges but retracted the message later. This woman is seeking compensation for emotional distress and charges against Hitt for battery, as well as against Daily related to his alleged criminal behavior.
A spokesperson for Daily did not respond to requests for comments regarding the lawsuits.
Hulk Hogan, whose actual name was Terry Bollea, passed away in July 2025 at the age of 71.
